Asphalt Paving
Asphalt concrete, a composite material mixture of asphalt, sand and stone, is commonly used in construction projects such as road surfaces and parking lots. Commonly called asphalt, the material is laid down in layers, and then compacted to create and maintain lasting durability.
Chipseal
Chipseal is a resurfacing treatment that combines ones or more layers of asphalt and aggregate (sand and stone), and is used in new road construction to help make the road more durable and increase its life.
Concrete Curbs (Installation and Repair)
Concrete performs well for the duration of the structure when proper care is taken in the mixing and curing process. Concrete begins to age once it dries and, without continued maintenance, cracks and holes may begin to form. Concrete patching can be used to repair minor cracks and blemishes. However, once concrete has deteriorated, the best solution is to remove and replace the damaged area.
Crack Sealing/Patching
Crack sealing is a highly-effective defense against the deterioration of pavement. Crack sealing can keep water from entering and damaging the base or sub-base. It also prevents dirt, sand, stone and vegetation from moving into open cracks; minimizes crack growth; and extends the life of the surface. Crack sealing/patching can be used in the early stages of pavement repair to increase the longevity of the pavement and delaying costly resurfacing costs.
Dust Control
In an effort to suppress dust on parking lots, we spray an application of lignin sulfonate on the unpaved surface. This treatment lasts for several weeks.
Excavation of Underground Utilities
Once underground utilities are located and marked, we move these services for the pouring of sidewalks or other foundations.
Infrared Patching
Infrared patching is the most highly-effective solution for critical asphalt repairs. This method blends hot-mix asphalt with the original and then compacts the area to create a seamless restoration.

Sealcoating
Liquid sealcoat is applied to asphalt as a protectant against oxidation, winter weather damage, UV rays and traffic. It also helps slow the aging process of asphalt paving.
Site Preparation
It is important to start any new construction project with a clean slate or, rather, a clean site. The process includes clearing away and properly disposing of any vegetation, trees or other debris. Another important factor in site preparation is grading, which ensures a level base, or one with a specific slope.
Slabjacking
The process of slabjacking, or “mudjacking,” lifts a sunken concrete slab by pumping a grout through the concrete, pushing it up from below. Slabjacking is commonly used to fix uneven sidewalks and driveways.
